All our Enchanted Roses are carefully handpicked before undergoing a floral preservation process known as Freeze Drying. It is important to note that only roses which have been properly preserved can last up to 5 years. Roses that do not go through the proper process of Freeze Drying are prone to wither away within a short span of time.
What is Freeze Drying?
At the start of the Freeze Drying process, our hand selected Ecuadorian roses are placed in an environment where the surrounding is lowered to sub-zero temperatures. This is the most critical step in the entire Freeze Drying process, when our roses are frozen to retain its natural luscious blooms and vibrant colour accents. This process will allow our Real Ecuadorian Roses to last up to 5 years with minimal care, surpassing the longevity of natural bouquets, yet retaining its most natural state of beauty.
After the flowers have been frozen for a strict duration of 24 hours, air is extracted from its surroundings to create a vacuum. The frozen roses will be left in a state of vacuum for a minimum of 1 week, after which surrounding temperature will then be increased at a slow and gradual pace for a period of at least 3 weeks. These laborious yet essential steps make up an intricate process that cannot be rushed; all of which are essential to enhance the quality & longevity of our Enchanted Roses which we are highly lauded for by our customers.
Finally, at the end of the 3 weeks, moisture in the roses would have been completely vaporised. However, our Ecuadorian roses will still preserve its beautiful natural shape and touch, just like a real rose. The final result is an enthralling Enchanted Rose - the perfect timeless gift for your loved ones.

The Enchanted Rose is expected to last up to 5 years without any maintenance. The Enchanted Rose should be kept away from direct sunlight and moisture, stored in a cool and dry environment. The lifespan of the Enchanted Rose is maximised when it is kept encased within the accompanying glass dome which should be kept dry at all times. Even after many years, the Enchanted Rose never withers; instead, it takes the form of an antiqued rose; truly a beauty that lasts an eternity.
